Adventures in Anxiety
Sep. 20th, 2018 12:15 amI had a lot of trouble sleeping last night, which is pretty unusual for me. I think the problem was that I had too much caffeine yesterday. I don’t usually have too much trouble with caffeine but I had a soda as well as my normal two drinks yesterday and I didn’t have the soda until late in the day. I don’t think it was so much the caffeine itself that kept me awake, but it triggered my anxiety and I my watch update wasn’t working and it just turned into a perfect storm for not sleeping.
Now I’m exhausted and I’ve been fighting with my grad school application for two hours so this looks like it’s it for writing.
