Unintended consequences ... Sort of.

I’m watching Strike Back, and this woman was trying to cause doubt between the two main characters because they fight all the time and she starts digging in about one guy's past trying to make the other distrust the first. And he’s just like, “What, are you telling me he’s an asshole? Cause I’ve spent time with him, so I’m aware.” *Insert meaningful pause.* “But I also know he’s a solid guy.” (I may have the quote a little off, but I think you get what I’m saying. And the dude being talked about looks so surprised and touched and kind of puppy dog happy as the dude who was talking looks back at him all meaningfully. 

 

I did not need this ship in my life! I did nottttt, I did notttt ask for this. 

 

Okay, I probably did. I hadn’t watched it and then my dad says, “I think you’d like what they’re doing with Strike Back. The two main guys have good banter.” If I didn’t want to be in this predicament, I should’ve just not watched the show. But I did. And now I have a ship that I absolutely don’t have time for.

I should really have written more and gone to bed an hour ago, so I guess I'm going to go do that whole sleep thing now.
