SPOILER BEYOND THE LJ CUT
I have been ANGST-ING FOR this since they introduced her. I mean, the whiny, ridiculous, my friends heard nothing except "BUT I WANT IT SO BAD" for an hour every Thursday and then another 40 minutes when I'd re-watch the latest episode on Friday with the occasional ramble about it at random intervals throughout the week thrown in for good measure.
THANK YOU TV GODS for that Cho/Summer FTW hot, hot surprise make out in the elevator that made me squee myself with excitement. I think I fell off couch. I will have a bruised ass tomorrow and I will be thankful.
I can't tell you explain why it is that I've been wanting them together so badly. I mean, no one else I've talked to about the show seems to give a rats ass about Cho and Summer, at least not in the 'get them together' kind of way. But there has been something so wonderfully, ridiculously magnetic about them to me that I have just been dying to see it happen.
I had hope that the writers were going to go that direction when Rigsby was giving Cho all those, "Dude, you guys are totally into each other" looks, but I thought that it would be weeks, possibly even seasons before they gave me anything 'real'. But no, the TV Gods were kind and have granted the answer to my prayer. I shall be thankful and joyous and sing their praises.
Dear Lord in Heaven, I don't know what's wrong with me, but I'm not sure I want you to fix it. At this moment in time, I am very much enjoying the insanity I have been blessed with.
