Ah. Dear Rick Riordan,

I do so hate you for making me love your books so much. I tear through them only to be left desperately trying to breathe after your breath-stealing endings. Why do you always have to teach me something or reteach me stuff I've forgotten? How is it you can give depth to a character that can't remember more than a few days of his life? I know I'm going to have to wait a whole freakin' year for the next one of your torturous-ly crafty novels in this riveting new series. And as for the title of the next book: wow, um - you're killing me here, Rick! You are not a nice man.
