It's difficult with the "Summer" shows that get split like Leverage does since they air most of the season during the summer and then the end of the season in Decemeber. I believe it's actually the 4th season they're getting ready to start in June, though I think seasons are only about 12-14 eps.

I started watching during the second season I think and recently went from the beginning to watch all the ones I missed. It was well worth it, though the show has actually gotten better (imho) as it's gone along.
